The wedding reception was disappointing, with unprofessional service and poor food quality, overshadowing an otherwise charming venue set in beautiful grounds. The garden ceremony area was stunning, but the overall lack of attention soured the experience.

Just a solid selection for a holiday in Burley with good value considering the price it charged. The food we had on the first evening was surprisingly good, even if service was a bit off. Make sure to check if the pool area is clean before using it.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.
During our stay, we faced multiple issues that made our experience disappointing. The shower temperature was difficult to control, which was frustrating, especially after long days out. we found the dining options to be quite limited, which left us feeling unsatisfied and looking elsewhere for meals. these challenges overshadowed any positives we might have found.

Set on a quiet country lane, the family room was pleasantly surprising with its smart appearance and warm staff. The surrounding area provided a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for unwinding. the bathroom needs a complete update, and I was a bit concerned about the bunk beds lacking raised sides. If you're skipping breakfast here, I suggest checking out a local café that opens at 9 for a tasty start.
